The spacious house of over 100m2 with a spacious backyard was renovated 2 years ago and equipped with a fitted kitchen, neat bathroom and toilet, a spacious living room and good-sized bedrooms.

During this renovation, sustainability was also considered and an A label is appropriate for this home.

When renting as a sustainable shared household, consideration is given to, among other things:

* The group has demonstrably known each other for a long time
* Is there the intention to live in the house together for a longer period as 1 household?
* At least 50% of the group works full-time
